Nov 20 – Strong Towns Monthly Meetup
6:30 PM at Kingsville Public Library
Meet neighbours who are passionate about Kingsville and curious about how Strong Towns can make a difference.
Meetings are very beginner friendly. They are centered around the question: “where are people in our town struggling, and what is the next smallest thing we can do to help?”
So far, this has led to quick wins like ERCA ordering rest benches to be installed on the Greenway, crosswalk lines getting repainted, and clearing weeds from walkways that posed tripping hazards.
We also discuss how to use Strong Towns ideas to make Kingsville better.
